I had a great time staying here with my friends! We visited the Mississippi Industrial Heritage Museum and Temple Theater for some cultural fun. The 24-hour health club was a nice perk for keeping active. Just a heads up, the room was a bit minimalistic, but it was clean and the staff was friendly. Overall, a solid place for groups to kick back after exploring.
One downside was the lack of a closeable closet in the room, which made it a bit tricky to keep things organized. I like having a dedicated space for my things during trips, and that was a miss here.

The staff displayed exceptional friendliness and helpfulness, creating a warm atmosphere. The location is fantastic, with numerous dining and shopping options nearby. The amenities include various entertaining activities for all ages, contributing to a lively and comfortable environment. Although the room was clean and quiet, more variety in breakfast items would have elevated the experience further.

The hotel had a modern appeal. I loved the clean aesthetic and overall comfortable vibe. The bed was really comfy, making it easy to sleep well. Staff were friendly and welcoming during the entire stay. Breakfast choices were decent, though some items could have been fresher. The gym was a nice bonus, but there weren't enough towels available due to a larger group taking them all. That was frustrating after a workout. The main issue was noise from the nearby rooms. I could hear conversations and footsteps clearly, which disrupted my peace at times. The electric window shades didn’t function, which was disappointing. Overall, the cleanliness stood out, but room conditions needed attention by management.

missingWrote a review on Jul 15awesome spots24/7 health clublack of storage space
We checked out the Mississippi Industrial Heritage Museum and Temple Theater, both awesome spots. The health club is open 24/7, which was perfect after a long day. Just a heads up, though, the rooms are pretty basic and might lack some amenities like a microwave or proper storage. Overall, good value for a fun trip!
I was surprised by the lack of storage space in the room. No closet or drawers made it hard to settle in, and the fridge didn't work either. Just a bit too minimal for my liking.
